I have ordered more than one item. When should I expect to receive them?
We always try to dispatch all the products at the same time. If we are short of any of the items, we will send them out as soon as they arrive and let you know.

What is your delivery charge?
Our standard delivery charge is £3.75 per order under £25, orders between £25 and £49.95 will be £4.75 and FREE for orders over £50 to the UK mainland. You will only be charged once per order, regardless of how many items you order or how many parcels we dispatch. Some larger, heavier items carry a delivery surcharge. This is clearly indicated in the product detail, and will be added to your order before you checkout. For Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and BFPO orders up to 2kg the charge is £4.99 and £11 over 2kg, or £17 for BFPO orders over 2kg. |

When will my order be delivered?
Your order should arrive within 7 days. Where delays are likely, we will keep you informed (please provide us with a daytime telephone number and email address).

How will my order be delivered?
If you are ordering small items they will arrive by Royal Mail. For larger parcels our carriers deliver weekdays between 7am and 5pm. If you are not at home, the driver will either put the parcel in a secure place or post a card advising you where they have left it, or leave a card asking you to call the depot to arrange another delivery. If you prefer, we can deliver to your work address or a neighbour. |

Can I have next day delivery?
Express delivery is available to UK mainland addresses (excluding some Scottish addresses,) if you place your order before 12 noon Monday to Thursday. We do not deliver on Saturday. Orders placed on Friday before noon will be delivered the following Monday. The cost is £5 in addition to the standard charge. A signature is required for receipt. |

Can my order sent to a different delivery address?
Yes, if it is more convenient we can deliver to a different address e.g. your work. We can deliver to your family and friends anywhere. |

Can I send orders to more than one address?
Yes, but you must place each order separately. |

Do you deliver outside mainland UK?
No, not at the moment, but just email us and we will see if we can and let you know what the carriage will be for your order. |

How do I cancel my order?
Please contact Tizaro Ltd by phone or email and we can cancel or do our best to change the order for you. Orders are transmitted from the website directly to our dispatch department and your order may have already been processed. |

Simply register on the website. Make sure you include your email address so we can keep you up-to-date with all the latest offers and ranges. |

What is your returns policy and guarantee?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging, (i.e. in saleable condition) for an exchange or refund. We are unable to refund or exchange personalised items including earrings, foodstuffs and confectionery, unless there is a manufacturing fault. We will exchange any faulty goods at our expense. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. |

How can I return an item?
Please contact the office and our team will be happy to help. Included in each parcel is a delivery note. Please contact us by email or phone and we will tell you what to do. We recommend that you request a certificate of posting (free) from the Post Office when you return goods. |

How long will it take to receive a refund?
Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt at our warehouse but please allow 14 days for clearance to your card account. |

How long will it take to deliver a replacement item?
Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt at our warehouse. A replacement order will take approximately 7 days for delivery. If the item is no longer available, you will receive notification and a refund. |

Is it safe to send my card details when ordering online and is your payment section secure?
You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. Yes, we can assure you the payment section of our website is secure. All areas of the site containing your personal information are padlocked. |

Are my card details secure?
Yes and we've added some additional features to protect you from identity fraud. The authorisation process validates the card number, expiry date and your security code and also checks that the card is registered to your address. |
