REFUNDS, RETURNS/FAULTY ITEMS
- You may be return goods within 5 working days with proof of receipt but only if they remain in a saleable condition with the original packaging intact.
- Return postage is the customers responsibility.
- On receipt of returned items we will credit your account or exchange as requested.
- We endeavour to check items for faults before despatch but should any item be faulty please contact us and we shall then arrange a replacement or refund (including return postage) on receipt of the faulty item.
- Please inform us either by phone/e-mail before returning any item and always retain a Certificate of Posting for any returned orders.
